Super cutie!!On August 10th Mia had her first day of pre-kindergarten. She was so excited, she got right up, ate her breakfast and got dressed for school with no dily dallying, which is what my Mimi does best. Just like her daddy. Since Shawn was at school, the rest of us took her down to school. She didn't see any of her preschool friends so she was very nervous. She stuck by my side for a while, which is very unlike my very confident social butterfly, you know she makes friends so easily just like Gev. Anyway, she stayed with me until she found Aulani and then clung to her. Heehee!! The bell rang and she ran to the front of the line. We kissed her good-bye and watched her walk into her classroom, yes, we cried. I can't believe our baby is growing up. Gev was lucky enough to be off to pick her up and she had a wonderful day with Ms Groom (her teacher) and all her new friends. She really loves school and is happy to be back, she's very crazy about her teacher too, Ms Groom rocks and is super adorable. I hope Mia continues to thrive in school and continues to love it as well. We are so proud of you Mia!! Your a big girl now.
