We decided to celebrate Shawn's 12th birthday at the Marriott, I can't believe how time flies, I can remember everything on the day he was born. How was I so blessed to have a child like him. We are facing adolescence but I'm sure with time things will turn around. He definitely doesn't like to hang with us so much, but hopefully in time he'll think we're cool again. My mom got him a rip stick and we got him a Wii. I hope he had a good birthday. We barbecued at the hotel and had take out from the restaurant because we were so tired. Uncle Jo and Aunty Ty joined us for most of the evening. And unfortunately Kaimana had a baseball tournament and fell asleep before coming back to spend the nite, but not before hanging at the pool with us. Gev and I spent the nite on the pullout with Megan and let the kids have the room with the gigantic bed. The room we had was amazing. It had a little kitchenette and 2 bathrooms, treats for us!! Happy Birthday Shawn!!! We love you so much!!!
